Figure 1 displays the age distribution of the neighborhood. This graph shows the large student population within the age group of 20-24 in relation to the rest of the population.
Figure 2 displays the gender distribution of the neighborhood. This graph shows the even split between men and women within the neighborhood.
Figure 3 displays the household by income in RNC. This graph shows that 47% of neighborhood households have income consistent with the national average ($51,939).
Figure 4 displays the average household size within the neighborhood. This graph shows that a majority of the households are smaller households.
Figure 5 displays the distribution of renter-occupied and owner-occupied housing. This graph shows the heavy population of renters specifically students within the neighborhood.
Figure 6 displays the number of housing units by year structure built. This reveals the possibility for historic structures within RNC dating back to the late 1800s. This shows that 32% of the neighborhood was built in 1939 or earlier.
Figure 7 displays the population change from the 2000 census to the 2015 estimates. This graph shows a decline of 200 residents from 2000 to 2010 followed by a more gradual decline of 50 residents from 2010 to 2015.
Figure 8 displays the distribution of different races within the neighborhood. This graph shows the large White population of 90% followed by a smaller percentage of 3% Black and 2% Hispanic.
